Group/Team Sessions
Services are provided to assist with team cohesion, player personality management for coaches, and group goal setting.

Individual Sessions
Services are provided to work with presenting any individual looking to improve their mental approach.  After observations and interviews are completed and individual improvement plan is completed.  Sessions can occur once or twice weekly depending on if you on in season or in the off-season.

Education Advocacy:
This service is for both athletes and non-athletes a like.  You receive test taking strategies, special education tutorial services, and parent advocacy services.

Season Packages
Services for teams and individuals are available at reduced rates if season packages are purchased.  Set an appointment with Elite Minds and we will address your specific needs.

Seminars
One time seminars are available for teams, parents, and coaching staff to provide an educational opportunity to learn how Elite Minds can assist you and the successful development of your athletes

Assessment
Elite Minds provides an assessment to look at your personality temperament to assist you with how you perform under pressure and what skills need to be strengthened to be a consistent performer no matter the circumstance.

Transition Assistance
This is for athletes and their parents to provide you with a road map for your future.  This service varies for each individual family and is designed to ease the transition that will occur.  Transition occurs in many aspects of an athlete’s life and should be addressed to reduce the stress that accompanies the unknown.
